If you're someone who loves kids, learns quickly, and always shows up ready to make a difference, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Your role goes way beyond assisting. You'll be a trusted guide for kids who might be nervous about seeing the dentist — explaining procedures in kid-friendly ways, calming fears with a smile (or a blanket), and helping create a space where children feel safe, seen, and supported .
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Assisting the dentist chair-side during cleanings, fillings, crowns, and other treatments Prepping, sterilizing, and organizing instruments like a pro Taking X-rays and ensuring top-quality images Applying fluoride treatments and sealants, and assisting with impressions Keeping the treatment areas sparkling clean and safe Comforting young patients and helping them feel confident and calm Pitching in wherever needed — we're a true team! Must-Have Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years experience as a DA, preferably in pediatrics Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) license CPR certification Coronal polishing certification Ability to work all scheduled hours:Monday-Thursday:
8:30am-5:30pmFriday & Saturday:
