  • Galleria is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, TX. We are a growing practice with a beautiful, modern office, a wonderful, growing patient population, an enthusiastic team, and a sincere dentist dedicated to quality care, customer service, and open communication.
  • Up to $1,000 Sign-on Bonus!
  • Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay rate of $23-28 an hour, based on experience Monthly bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Assisted hygiene Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take dental X-rays (as certified) Take digital impressions Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of Eagle Soft dental software is preferred Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus INDHRDA03
