The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude who is passionate about providing excellent patient care. This position plays a key role in supporting the dentist and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our patients. Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments for procedures Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments Take and process dental X-rays Sterilize instruments and maintain proper infection control procedures Prepare and organize dental materials and equipment Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Update and maintain accurate patient records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked Support the dental team to maintain an efficient workflow Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of dental procedures and instruments RDA certification in the state of Texas Strong communication and patient care skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Skills Attention to detail Patient-focused mindset Strong interpersonal skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
