Job Description

Dental Assistant - Sigma Dental (Leander, TX)Overview Sigma Dental is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a high-performing Dental Assistant who wants a long-term position with real growth and strong earning potential . This is not a corporate, assembly-line office . We are a modern, fully digital, multi-specialty practice with a strong focus on implant dentistry and orthodontics , in addition to comprehensive general care. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment , assisting in everything from routine procedures to advanced implant and ortho cases . Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures including implant surgery, full-arch cases, orthodontics, and general dentistry Perform chairside assisting using four-handed dentistry techniques Prepare and maintain treatment rooms with strict infection control and sterilization protocols Take dental radiographs and assist with digital workflows (scanners, CBCT, etc.) Support implant and orthodontic workflows , including surgical setup and patient preparation Ensure smooth patient flow and deliver a high-level patient experience Maintain accurate clinical documentation in practice management software Support front office as needed with patient communication and scheduling coordination What We're Looking For Strong clinical and chairside skills Excellent communication and patient interaction Reliable, punctual, and highly professional Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Strong attention to detail and accountability Strong clinical references (required) Experience with implants, surgery, and orthodontics is a major plus What We Offer $25-$30/hour + performance-based bonuses Stable, consistent schedule Long-term growth and advancement opportunities A laid-back, drama-free, team-focused environment A modern, fully digital practice with advanced technology
