We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and patient-centered Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively with a team, and continuing to grow their dental skills. We provide FULL training and support to help you succeed in your role and become the best Registered Dental Assistant you can be! Responsibilities Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials while maintaining strict aseptic techniques to uphold infection control standards. Take X-rays Manage patient records using OpenDental, including updating medical history, vital signs, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care to promote long-term dental health. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and assisting the dental receptionist with patient check-in/out processes. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by adhering to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license/certification required 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for patient care and teamwork Why Join Our Team?
