Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive patient experience. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing practice. Position Summary The Dental Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the dentist, ensuring efficient clinical operations, and delivering outstanding care to our patients. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday through Saturday One weekday off each week Full-time position Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments Take and process dental radiographs Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Provide patient education regarding oral health and treatment plans Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Monitor and maintain dental supplies and equipment Assist with nitrous oxide administration and monitoring as permitted by certification Support a positive and efficient patient experience from start to finish QualificationsRequired Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certification Minimum of one (1) year of dental assisting experience Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with patients and team members Preferred Experience with dental practice management software Experience in a family or general dentistry setting What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Modern dental office with updated technology The opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' oral health Equal Opportunity Employer Creekside Family Dental is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees are treated with respect and dignity.
