If you are skilled, dependable, and thrive in a clinical environment where patient care comes first — we want to hear from you! What You Will Do Assist the dentist chairside during general dentistry and surgical procedures Assist with implant placement and related procedures Support the team during sedation cases Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized operatory Take and process digital X-rays Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA standards What We Are Looking For Active Texas RDA license required 2-3 years of RDA experience required Surgical experience including implant placement and sedation assistance required Dependable, professional, and a strong team player Genuine passion for patient care Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Full-time Supportive team environment at a private practice
