We're committed to helping our patients achieve the beautiful, healthy smiles they deserve. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including CBCT, digital scanners, and digital radiographs, and we use Open Dental software to streamline our operations. We're looking for a motivated and organized Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with great attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent patient care. As an RDA at Outlook Dental, you'll work with a supportive doctor and utilize cutting-edge technology to make our practice more efficient and patient-centric. Responsibilities Welcome and prepare patients for treatment, providing comfort and education throughout their visit. Conduct a thorough review of patients' health histories to ensure quality care. Take digital x-rays and photographs. Provide superior chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to supported dentists during a wide range of procedures. Utilize Open Dental software for patient scheduling and record-keeping. Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols, including OSHA and CDC guidelines. Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed. Work collaboratively with doctors and the entire team to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state dental practice acts. Experience in a customer-centric environment. Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A positive, honest, and motivated team player.
