We are looking for a bilingual Registered Dental Assistant who is comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a high-volume office with steady patient flow throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, working efficiently, and being part of a strong clinical team. This is a great opportunity for someone dependable, motivated, and ready to grow. What You Will Do Assist the dentist during procedures in a high-volume setting Take digital X-rays and chart in Open Dental Keep patient flow moving by staying ahead of the doctor Prepare and sterilize operatories throughout the day Educate patients on treatment options like Invisalign and restorative care Help patients understand treatment and feel confident moving forward Support case acceptance by reinforcing provider recommendations Provide a positive patient experience at all times Assist with front office tasks when needed What We Are Looking For Texas RDA preferred Bilingual English and Spanish required or strongly preferred Experience in a busy dental office preferred Strong communication and patient education skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and team oriented Open Dental experience is a plus Why This Role Stands Out Consistent patient flow and steady workload Multiple growing locations with advancement opportunities Strong team environment and supportive leadership Fast paced culture where performance is valued Opportunity to build clinical and communication skills quickly
