Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Elite Smiles is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing private dental practice. We are looking for a team-oriented individual who is passionate about patient care, enjoys working in a modern dental environment, and is eager to continue learning and growing professionally. Our office focuses on high-quality comprehensive dentistry including general dentistry, implants, cosmetics, crowns, extractions, Invisalign, and restorative procedures. Responsibilities Provide exceptional chairside assistance during dental procedures Assist with general dentistry procedures including crowns, fillings, extractions, implants, and cosmetic treatment Take high-quality digital dental radiographs (bitewings, panoramic, and periapical) Prepare and break down operatories efficiently between patients Maintain patient flow and support an efficient schedule Perform coronal polishing, fluoride application, and other expanded duties as permitted Ensure patient comfort through excellent communication and customer service Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license 2 years of prior RDA experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn We are excited to welcome an RDA who wants to grow with our team and help provide exceptional dental care to our community.
