This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is confident guiding patients through treatment and financial decisions. You will play a key role in both front office operations and case acceptance, helping ensure a smooth patient experience while supporting office production goals. Key Responsibilities Manage front desk operations including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and high call volume Verify PPO insurance benefits and clearly explain coverage to patients Present treatment plans and review financial options with confidence Coordinate payment arrangements and help patients move forward with care Follow up on unscheduled treatment to drive case acceptance Maintain accurate patient records in Open Dental Work closely with doctors and team to support daily production and KPIs Requirements 1-2+ years of dental front desk or Treatment Coordinator experience Strong experience presenting treatment and discussing financials Open Dental experience preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume office Available Monday-Saturday What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Health and dental insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities within a multi-office dental organization Why Join Us?
