Our growing private dental practice is searching for an experienced Dental Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career and become our Clinical Lead Dental Assistant . This is not a position for someone looking to simply clock in and clock out. We are looking for a motivated leader who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a team environment, takes ownership, and is excited to help lead a successful 5-year practice into its next phase of growth. We have built an amazing team and culture, and while we've had talented team members along the way, we are still searching for the right person who is ready to fully embrace this leadership opportunity.
