Job Description
Round Rock Dental Group is a busy, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a technology-driven practice committed to providing exceptional patient care in a positive, supportive, and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences. Experience with digital dentistry, CAD/CAM technology, and intraoral scanning is highly preferred. Responsibilities Assist dentists chairside during a variety of dental procedures Take digital radiographs and clinical photographs Scan patients using Planmeca and TRIOS technology Maintain accurate electronic patient records Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Assist with laboratory procedures as needed Support patient education and treatment acceptance efforts Ensure compliance with all OSHA and infection control protocols Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current X-Ray Certification Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience (3+ years preferred) CAD/CAM experience preferred Coronal Polishing certification preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork What We Offer Competitive pay: $23-$28 per hour (based on experience) Medical insurance Vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) with employer matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee dental benefits Short-Term Disability Insurance Opportunity for professional growth and advancement What We're Looking For Dependable and accountable Patient-focused and friendly Adaptable and flexible Detail-oriented Self-motivated and proactive Innovative and eager to learn Able to perform well under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care
