Job Description

Dental Assistant (RDA Preferred) -
Smiles On Greatwood Dentistry Location:
Sugar Land, TX Smiles On Greatwood Dentistry is seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Obtain and update patient medical histories Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene Assist with charting and clinical documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA and infection control standards Maintain a positive and professional patient experience
Qualifications:
Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license preferred Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Monitoring certifications a plus Experience with Open Dental software preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
