Registered Dental Assistant

Brazos Kids Dental , a growing pediatric dental office in Waco, TX, is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant . We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and compassionate team member who thrives in a fast-paced pediatric environment. This position requires flexibility and a team-first attitude, as you will support both patient care and front desk operations to help ensure smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities:

Clinical (Back Office)

Duties:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare and break down treatment rooms Sterilize and maintain dental instruments Take digital dental x-rays Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care Record accurate clinical notes in Eaglesoft Assist with patient assessments and update medical histories

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred Pediatric dental experience is a plus Familiarity with Eaglesoft strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to multitask Positive attitude and willingness to cross-train
