Full-Time Wichita Falls Orthodontics is seeking a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic and patient-focused team. If you have orthodontic experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about helping patients feel confident in their smiles, we'd love to connect with you. Position Overview As a Chairside Orthodontic Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures, including bracket placement, wire adjustments, appliance delivery, and impressions Take and process X-rays and digital scans Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care Maintain clean, organized, and compliant treatment areas Ensure a welcoming and positive experience for every patient Qualifications Previous experience as an orthodontic or dental assistant preferred (we are willing to train the right candidate) Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical setting Current X-ray certification or willingness to obtain What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for professional growth and long-term career development If you're looking to join a practice that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient care, we encourage you to apply.
