We see patients of all ages. We enjoy our work and the privilege to be able to build relationships with our Patients. We are open 4 days a week M-Th. About the Position We are looking for an outgoing, reliable, friendly, and motivated Hygiene Assistant to create an exceptional experience for all of our patients. Competitive Pay based on experience and interview. This position is M-Th from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM. Benefits and Pay We offer competitive benefits: Paid time off, 401k and matching (depending on hours worked and tenure), and competitive pay based on experience. Job Responsibilities Assisting Hygienist in charting and Xrays Assisting Doctor in treatment planning Presenting treatment to patient Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice Answering incoming calls Assisting patients to fill out information forms Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures Reach out to patients who are overdue for re-care and unscheduled treatment Verifying Patient insurance Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments Qualifications Exceptional communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Organized and able to follow through of tasks and projects independently. Friendly and able to build relationship with patients while checking in and checking out. Dental Experience preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate.
