Job Overview We're seeking a Lead Dental Assistant who is professional, dependable and reliable, and ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, patient-focused setting. What You'll Do:
Assist the dentist chairside during patient visits Set up and clean operatories and maintain sterilization protocols Monitor and manage inventory and supply orders Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow Help with training and mentoring additional team members as we grow Provide excellent patient care with a warm and professional manner
What We're Looking For:
Prefer 1 year of dental assisting experience Proficient with dental assisting techniques, including familiarity with 3D scanning. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Self-motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn and work. Friendly, calm demeanor and team-focused attitude Current CPR certification (optional) Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Job Type:
Part-time 15-25 hrs/week
Required:
Ability to Commute to the St George office on a daily basis Ability to relocate to St George before hire date. Ability to work in person at location.
