Duties Assist dentists chairside during a variety of procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric treatments Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control protocols are strictly followed Take dental X-rays and 3D scans while maintaining patient safety and comfort Manage patient records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Dentrix, to ensure accurate dental documentation and coding. Maintain a clean, organized dental clinic environment while adhering to infection control standards and OSHA guidelines Skills Proficiency with dental assisting techniques including chairside assisting, four-handed dentistry, and X-ray procedures Basic knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and dental procedures across general dentistry . Familiarity using EMR systems such as Dentrix, for managing records and documentation of appointments. Familiarity with infection control practices, aseptic technique, and sterilization processes in a clinical setting. Ability to interpret digital dental imaging including X-rays and 3D scans accurately Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members - Spanish Speaking a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
