Lead Dental Assistant Mount Vernon Dental Smiles | Alexandria, Virginia $26•28 per hour | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available Mount Vernon Dental Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team in Alexandria, Virginia. If you're a strong clinical leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, we'd love to meet you. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience Previous experience in a lead dental assistant role or demonstrated leadership abilities preferred Experience assisting with dental implants Experience with clear aligner therapy Exposure to endodontic procedures is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Positive attitude with a team-first mindset Ability to help mentor and support fellow team members Current radiology certification and any state-required credentials Open Dental and iTero experience a plus

PM Saturday:

Requirements:
Education and Training High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3-year related experience and /or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience in the dental profession. Valid X-ray certificate. Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements) CPR & first aid certificate.
