Responsibilities Patient Care :

Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments, ensuring patient comfort, and preparing treatment rooms.

Patient Education :

Provide patients with information on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.

Administrative Duties :

Manage patient intake, update records, schedule appointments, and handle billing and insurance claims.

Equipment Management :

Sterilize and organize dental tools, maintain dental equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols. Requirements Active Virginia Dental Assistant License/ Certification . CPR certification. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in different dental office settings.
