Company Description Beecroft Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Orthodontic Assistant to join our clinical team in Fredericksburg. We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, organized, and passionate about creating a positive patient experience.

Job Description Responsibilities include:

Chairside orthodontic assisting Taking impressions and Invisalign scans Assisting with orthodontic adjustments Taking X-rays (certification preferred) Sterilization and operatory setup Supporting an exceptional patient experience What we are looking for: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Willingness to learn and grow Reliable and professional work ethic We are proud to provide a supportive, patient-focused environment where our team members are valued and encouraged to grow professionally.
