Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, motivated Lead Dental Assistant/Clinical Manager to join our growing dental practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leadership, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care while helping the team stay organized and efficient. Responsibilities Lead and support the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Oversee clinical workflow, scheduling coordination, and treatment room efficiency Train and mentor dental assistants and support staff Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards Manage inventory and ordering of clinical supplies Help maintain a positive patient experience from check-in to treatment completion Coordinate communication between front office and clinical team Monitor team performance, punctuality, and accountability Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of dental assisting experience required Previous leadership or management experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a busy environment Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental experience preferred X-ray certification required CPR certification required What We're Looking For Dependable and professional Strong leadership presence Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Detail-oriented with excellent patient communication skills Someone who leads by example and helps create a productive, respectful workplace culture
Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
