We are an established, patient-focused dental practice with over 10 years of serving the NOVA community. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This position requires flexibility to travel between our locations in Woodbridge, Manassas, Fairfax, and Herndon.

No prior experience is necessary:

we provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidate! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in dentistry or transition into a new field.

Responsibilities :

Assist the dentist during procedures (training provided) Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after visits Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area Support team members as needed across multiple locations

Requirements :

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and grow Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to travel to different locations
