EFDA Location:
Norfolk, VA 23510 Konikoff Family Dental - Brambleton is seeking a Dental Assistant / EFDA with exceptional skills and solid dental experience for our Norfolk, VA practice. We are in search of a driven and dedicated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our team. If you are professional, great with patients, and have strong communication skills with a self-managing work ethic then we want to hear from you. We have a wonderful team and a fast paced office where we enjoy what we do and look forward to sharing it with you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during procedures Take dental x-rays and intra oral images Perform dental cleanings and sterilize equipment Provide patient education on oral hygiene and dental care Maintain accurate patient records Track dental supply inventory and process orders Prepare, enter, and track lab cases
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RDA Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Proficient in dental software and technology (currently using Dentrix) Stop by the office and meet the team.
