Commonwealth Endodontics is seeking a dependable, friendly, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our busy, growing practice! As a Dental Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for our patients. You'll work alongside a supportive, close-knit team dedicated to providing exceptional care in a professional and positive environment.Schedule:
Days:
Monday - Thursday (office closed on Fridays and weekends)Hours:
6:45 AM - 5:30PM Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with endodontic procedures, including endodontic microsurgery, IV conscious sedation, and general anesthesia sedation Setting up and breaking down operatories Preparing patients for treatment Sterilization duties End-of-day responsibilities Maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance Supporting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients and staffPosition Requirements:
Adopting and demonstrating the Commonwealth Endodontics' values to support our culture Current Radiology Certification (required) Current BLS/CPR Certification (required) Four-handed dental assisting experience (required) Knowledge of endodontic procedures (preferred) Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members (required) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail (required) Ability to operate all basic office equipment (required) Ability to read and write proficiently (required) Manual dexterity for data entry (required) Ability to lift at least 20 pounds (required)Job Type:
