reviews From $24 an hour - Full-time We are seeking a dependable, experienced, and highly motivated Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced dental practice in Winchester. This role is best suited for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience who can confidently support a wide range of procedures. The ideal candidate must be proficient in assisting with restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, implants, and other advanced treatments , as well as fabricating temporary crowns, maintaining strict sterilization protocols, and taking high-quality digital radiographs. Experience with Dentrix is preferred. This position requires someone who is self-directed, organized, and able to stay on task without constant oversight . The right candidate will be capable of effectively managing clinical assisting duties, sterilization workflow, and basic lab responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a four-day work week, Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Friday workdays as needed.
