Job Description

About Us:
We are a dynamic pediatric dental office dedicated to providing top-notch oral care to children in a friendly and welcoming environment. Our team is committed to creating positive dental experiences for our young patients, and we are looking for a skilled Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing practice.
Responsibilities:
Perform hygiene assisting and support dentist in procedures Provide chairside support and comfort to young patients Perform orthodontic assisting duties as needed Take and develop dental X-rays Manage patient records and ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care Assist with front office tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a dental office is preferred Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus X-ray certification is required (can be obtained during training) Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a bonus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies Passion for working with children and creating a positive dental experience
Compensation :
Compensation is based on experience level. We are willing to train candidates who are motivated and eager to learn. Training compensation will be provided during the training period, and a salary increase will be granted upon successful completion of training. How to
