  • by helping a brand new speciality dental practice to open its doors and start accepting patients. Our Orofacial Pain and Orofacial Medicine clinic is opening this month in Bellevue
  • and if you want to learn on the job how to be cross trained for front office, help with marketing and more
  • then joining our brand new small team will allow you to do the following: Work with our doctor to : Create office protocols.
Purchase, organize and inventory all office materials. Train on all office equipment. Learn all back office AND front office protocols, including scheduling, insurance estimation, treatment plan presentation, more! Assist with office marketing, visiting neighboring dental practices to introduce future referring practices to our new practice. More!
Duties after practice opens:
Intrument and room Sterilization Operatory clean up and set up Preparing trays New patient intake medical history Pano Ex-rays Scanning Chairside assisting for the following procedures: Botox Sleep device for sleep apnea Oral Guards (like a night guard) Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance Learn all front office protocols and serve as back-up to front office team. Here are skills that a successful teammate will embody:
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • 100% reliable; on time, teammates can rely on you to be at work on all scheduled days.
  • Must have a valid Washington State RDA
  • must be reliably able to work on location Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8a-3p.
