• Full Scope General/ Surgical / Cosmetic Practice Brilliant Smiles Bellevue is continuing to grow and is looking to add another strong clinical team member to our practice.

We are a true full-scope dental office performing everything from implants and endodontics to full-arch rehabilitation, cosmetic veneers, sedation dentistry, and advanced restorative procedures. This is not a repetitive hygiene-driven environment. We are looking for somebody who enjoys high-level dentistry, likes to stay engaged, and wants exposure to advanced procedures and continual growth. Our office is also transitioning toward a more flexible dual-shift scheduling model. Depending on the day and the needs of the practice, schedules may include:  7:00 AM

• 1:00 PM  1:00 PM
• 7:00 PM  Traditional 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM schedules on select days One of the goals of the dual-shift structure is to intentionally reduce commuting during peak traffic hours whenever possible.

However, applicants should carefully consider the responsibility and consistency required for daily travel to Bellevue. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential to the success of the team and patient experience. In addition, we are exploring an operatory ownership model within the assisting department. The concept is to allow assistants to primarily work from their own operatory space, helping create accountability, organization, efficiency, and clearer tracking of production generated from that operatory. The long-term goal is to allow motivated team members greater influence and control over performance-based bonus opportunities tied directly to their productivity and efficiency.

 Is highly organized and efficient  Works with urgency and professionalism  Is comfortable in a production-focused environment  Understands that contribution and efficiency matter  Is adaptable and capable of handling a wide variety of procedures  Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude  Takes pride in maintaining and managing their clinical environment Essential baseline clinical skills include:  Exceptional cord packing ability  Ability to fabricate high-quality temporaries efficiently and consistently  Strong restorative assisting fundamentals  Comfort working in a fast-paced environment Experience with implants, surgical assisting, sedation, digital dentistry, and advanced restorative procedures is preferred, but work ethic, attitude, and coachability are equally important.
