Full-Time About Us We are a well-established, 5-Google-Star-rated private dental practice serving the Normandy Park community for over 35 years. Our 5-operatory office is built on long-term patient relationships, with many families staying with us for generations. We are a referral-only practice (no marketing) and take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized care in a non-corporate environment. We are seeking a Dental Assistant or EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and looking for a long-term position in a modern, patient-focused practice. Responsibilities- Assist dentists during a variety of procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Take digital X-rays and assist with imaging
- Support patient care and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or EFDA required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn new technology Technology & Training Our office is fully digital and utilizes:
- Digital scanners
- Digital x-rays
- CBCT imaging
- 3D printing
- CAD/CAM milling No prior experience with digital dentistry is required—we will train the right candidate. What We Offer
