The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in dental assisting, along with excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor our clinical team. This role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth workflow, enhancing patient experiences, and supporting the overall mission of our practice. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the clinical team, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols. Provide direct patient care, including assisting with restorative, surgical and Implant procedures Maintain accurate chart records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Train and mentor new staff members on clinical procedures, aseptic techniques, and office protocols. Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment, ensuring readiness for daily operations. Uphold a clean and organized clinical environment that prioritizes patient safety and comfort. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care. Requirements Proven experience in dental assisting, making temporary crowns, packing cords, digital impressions using trios Familiarity with medical documentation processes and electronic health record systems such as Open Dental is preferred. Proficiency in aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
