Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant (min 4yrs) who is organized, detail‑oriented, punctual, a quick learner and brings a consistently positive/fun attitude to the team and our patients. Key Responsibilities Perform high‑quality digital scanning, design, and milling using Glidewell and CEREC systems (experience in this area is preferred) Assist with Invisalign case workflows, including scanning, attachments, IPR, and patient instructions Maintain organization of supplies, digital files, and lab cases Prepare operatories efficiently and ensure sterilization protocols are followed Support the dentist chairside with a wide range of procedures Provide excellent patient communication and education Help maintain a smooth, team‑oriented clinical flow throughout the day Qualifications Minimum 4• years dental assisting experience• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail Warm, positive, team‑first attitude Current dental assisting credentials and certifications What We Offer A supportive, friendly team environment Opportunities to grow with digital dentistry and advanced workflows Competitive pay (DOE) and benefits package A workplace where positivity and professionalism truly matter If you are passionate about digital dentistry, love staying organized and on time & want to be part of a practice that values teamwork and patient care, we'd love to meet you!
