Potential to transition into a full-time role Join the 425 Dental Family 425 Dental is seeking a Support Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a long-term full-time role for the right candidate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on clinical experience across multiple areas of dentistry. While sterilization and operatory support are part of the role, this position is designed to provide overflow clinical coverage throughout the practice, helping support doctors, assistants, hygiene, emergency visits, and new patient flow as needed. About the Role As a Support Dental Assistant, you'll help keep the clinical floor running efficiently while supporting both patients and providers throughout the day. This role combines sterilization, patient support, radiographs, operatory assistance, and overflow clinical coverage where needed. Responsibilities Include:

Prepare and turn over operatories efficiently Assist with sterilization and instrument organization Support patient flow and overall clinic efficiency Help seat and prepare emergency and limited exam patients Assist with new patient visits and overflow clinical support Take FMX and other radiographs as needed Support doctors, hygienists, and clinical assistants throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Assist with chairside procedures as needed based on experience and training Growth Opportunity Clear pathway into expanded chairside assisting responsibilities Exposure to both general and specialty dentistry Ongoing mentorship and hands-on learning Opportunity for long-term growth within the practice About You You're dependable, adaptable, and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
