Job Description
Join the Mint Condition Dental Team! Mint Condition Dental is looking for an experienced, motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We are committed to providing exceptional patient care in a positive, team-oriented environment where our employees are valued and supported. If you are passionate about dentistry, enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, and thrive in a fast-paced office, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and follow OSHA and infection control protocols Educate patients on treatment and post-operative care Chart treatment accurately and assist with clinical documentation Support the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience required Current X-ray certification (or ability to obtain if required) Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a strong team-first mentality Experience with digital charting software is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical benefits Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Continuing education opportunities Employee dental benefits Supportive leadership and opportunities for growth Modern technology and a collaborative team environment At Mint Condition Dental, we believe our team is the foundation of exceptional patient care.
