Job Description

At Light Dental Studios , you'll be part of one of the largest and most advanced dental practices in Washington—while still working in a privately owned, patient-first environment that actually invests in your growth. We're hiring an Orthodontic Dental Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, high-quality setting where your skills are valued and your career can move forward. While we've expanded into a thriving, multi-specialty 40-operatory office, we remain privately owned -not corporate or private equity backed - and deeply committed to our people and our patients. Technology and options are at our forefront for our patients, our 3 board certified orthodontists, and our team members. We utilize a fully digital workflow from patient managment software, digital imaging, and multiple iTero scanners of the newest models. We also utlize a 3D printer. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist during exams and procedures Support orthodontic treatments including adjustments and appliances Prepare patients, take images/scans, and maintain a smooth clinical flow Help deliver a positive, professional experience for every patient What We're Looking For Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred Washington State licensure/certification as required Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow Why Work With Us 40-operatory flagship practice Supportive team and modern technology Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities A culture that values patient experience and professional pride
