Job Description
Tue-Fri 8-5 $34-$38/hour Benefits include medical, 401k w/ up to 5% match, holidays, sick leave, PTO, in house dental, $200 uniform allowance, and CE reimbursement. Looking for a dental assistant that has a minimum of 3 recent years of experience. Candidate must have a passion for dentistry with a patient centric approach to care. Ideal candidate will strive to create positive patient experiences, be detail oriented and able handle pressure situations as they come to. Job duties include chairside assisting, taking x-rays, writing chart notes, updating charts in Dentrix, updating medical histories and taking blood pressures, making temporaries for crown and bridge, child prophies, patient education, lab work such as pouring up models and the fabrication of Essix retainers, scanning with iTero for crowns, nightguards and Invisalign. Well established two doctor general practice. The office encompasses a teamwork approach focusing on treating patients and team members like family. The office culture aims to find a favorable work-life balance and values innovation and creativity. The doctors want all members of the team to feel like they have a voice and that their daily contribution has a meaningful impact to the office. Software used is Dentrix/Dexis/Dental Intelligence. 2 FO, 4 DA, 3RDH, 2 DDS. Longest tenured employee at 9 years. Position is available due DA moving. #DA1
