Job Description
Come join our long standing, family focused dental office in Seattle near Amazon! We are team of positive and empathetic people who enjoy what we can do for our awesome patients! We are looking for positive, team player who genuinely values helping patients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Assist in chair set up, restorative procedures, sterilization.
- At times, assist in answering phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments for patients and manage the dental office's appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical records and insurance details
- Assist with billing and financial transactions, including collecting payments from patients
Skills:
- Experience as dental assistant for 2+ years
- Experience with ENDO and Oral surgery is a plus.
- Experience in dental office front desk duties is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient service and satisfaction
- Familiarity with dental scheduling software or systems, such as Dentrix
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism
