Breakaway Consultants, a boutique national executive recruiting firm, is assisting our client, a National Board Certified dental laboratory. With advanced global facilities, they perform 400 high-quality dental restorations daily, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants. Now expanding and seeking a Clinical Office Specialis t to drive sales and training in a dynamic, local travel-heavy role.
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Clinical Office Specialist to provide hands-on training, clinical support, and sales growth within an assigned U.S. territory. You'll empower dental practices with cutting-edge intraoral digital technology and lab services, fostering strong client relationships and driving revenue. This role requires 80% local travel to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-site training on intraoral scanning and dental lab technologies to dental practices. Drive sales growth by promoting our services and increasing product usage. Build relationships with dental staff (dentists, assistants, managers) to enhance loyalty. Identify and grow Dental Service Organization (DSO) accounts with strategic engagement. Conduct Lunch-and-Learns, evening programs, and regional DSO meetings. Record activities in HubSpot and submit weekly client reports. Stay current on dental industry trends and innovations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years in dental (RDA, RDH, or lab) experience or medical device outside sales. Expertise in intraoral digital technology and dental implants. Strong presentation, training, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). Organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time management. Bachelor's in dental technology, hygiene, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required. Valid driver's license and dependable car for 80% travel (reimbursed). Why Join Us?
