The office prides itself on providing high-quality, patient-centered care and maintains a supportive environment composed of a doctor, office manager, two assistants, three hygienists, and a front office specialist. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset —someone who can look ahead, anticipate needs, and help maintain seamless workflows . The practice values team members who are eager to learn and committed to patient comfort.
Key Details Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM.
Compensation:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Note:
The range is based on experience and technical proficiency. The higher end of the range is reserved for candidates who demonstrate advanced clinical efficiency, mastery of OSHA standards, and the ability to independently manage operatory flow.
Benefits:
$350/month medical stipend, dental benefits, and 401K.
Requirements:
Commitment to maintaining strict OSHA standards. A focus on providing comforting, high-quality patient care. At least 3 months of experience as a dental assistant in Canada.
