Job Description

Cascade Integrative Dentistry is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our small private practice in Seattle. This is a full-time position, Monday through Thursday. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, friendly with patients, and comfortable helping with both clinical assisting and keeping the office running smoothly.
Pay:
$25•35 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule Monday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Tuesday:
7:00 AM•4:00
PM Wednesday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Thursday:
7:00 AM•4:00 PM Responsibilities Seat patients and help them feel comfortable Set up and turn over treatment rooms Assist with dental procedures Take x-rays Help with intraoral scanning Sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization flow Stock rooms and supplies Track lab cases and make sure cases are ready for scheduled patients Help prepare patient materials and goodie bags Review basic post-op instructions with patients Help keep the office clean, organized, and running on time What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Reliable and on time Good communication skills Friendly and professional with patients Comfortable working in a small office Able to stay productive without constant reminders Willing to help with sterilization, cleaning, stocking, and general office flow Interested in learning and growing with the practice Benefits Medical insurance available after 90 days, with the practice covering 50% of the employee premium Free dental care up to $3,500 per year PTO / sick time accrual 401(k) eligibility after 1 year About the Practice We are a small, private dental and dental sleep medicine office. This is a good position for someone who wants to be part of a small team, learn new skills, and grow into more responsibility over time.
