Job Description

Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our thriving practice in Seattle and Bellevue, WA. In this vital role, you'll support the practice by guiding people through their orthodontic journey while contributing to our practice's growth and success. This role would require travel to three office locations. Work-Life Balance:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Part-time schedule options available. How You'll Make an Impact Creating Exceptional First Impressions- Prepare patients for treatment by welcoming, comforting, and seating the patient. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Provide Exceptional Clinical Care
- Assist Orthodontist with consultations and all stages of orthodontic procedures, clean/disinfect operatories and sterilize instruments and devices, and take x-rays, photos, impressions, and intraoral scans. Patient Education
- Provide patient instruction/education and provide reports to parents/guardians. Practice Growth
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, and coworkers to ensure the targeted outcome treatment remains on schedule. Professional Communication
- Generate correspondence for referring dentists and maintain detailed patient records.
