Job Description
Fresh graduates welcome!!! We are seeking part time RDA for our very friendly and reputable dental office. If the candidate is well versed with front desk role, then we can hire full time as well. On the job training will be provided for cross-training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the dental practice. Duties
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures including crown, implant, extractions, itero scan and Invisalign.
- Prepare patients for dental work and ensure their comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays
- Schedule patients for future appointments
- Preparing the operatory for next patient
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing procedures
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in any dental software
- Familiarity with adult dentistry
- Ability to take vital signs accurately
- Competency in taking X-rays and operating related equipment Compensation

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Understanding of endodontic procedures, itero scan, assisting with implants and extractions and Invisalign attachment placement
- Knowledge of dental terminology
