In addition to RDAs with 2 yrs experience in general dentistry, this may ALSO be a good opportunity for: Candidates who aspire to become an RDH in the future (RDA corona polishing under doctor's supervision is requirement of this opportunity.) Candidates who would like to be cross-trained in front office. Candidates with the right skills (see below) who has been working in pediatric dentistry to make the switch over to general dentistry. Late risers rejoice! Our practice team doesn't report for duty until 8:45 a.m. ! Soft skills required to be the "right fit" for our team: We're looking for an extroverted, fun, flexible, and proactive RDA A positive outgoing person that greets patients with a smile and introduces themselves. A Lighthearted, positive attitude with a sincere passion for dentistry and patient care. Works well with all team members. Confidence and ability to work independently to the highest quality level.
