This candidate needs to be dependable and able to have flexibility with scheduling as the patient needs determine. Lead Dental Assistant needs to take on additional responsibilities as it relates to safety and regulation compliance, supply ordering with leadership skills and mentality.What We Offer:

Skills Registered Dental Assistant License required 1 or more years experience in chairside assisting required Knowledge of temporary crown process a must! Knowledge in Itero Scanning and Invisalign is a plus! Knowledge of Eaglesoft is welcomed! Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods General understanding of health & safety regulations and the importance it plays in patient and staff safety Open to cross training to support our teamwork focused office approach. Effective time management skills and able to support a steady flow in Dr's schedule. Able to be flexible and multi-task to meet the needs of a busy schedule. Must have outstanding communication and customer service skills. Welcoming and patient personality with an ability to build rapport with others easily. Great attention to detail and follow through. Dental terminology knowledge and ability to educate patients regarding procedure High school diploma; graduating from dental assistant school is preferredJob Type:
