Job Description

Our growing pediatric dental practice is looking for a Lead Dental Assistant who brings equal parts clinical excellence and heart. If you love helping kids feel safe, confident, and even excited about their dental visits, you'll fit right in.
Duties include:
Support assistants, manage workflow, and ensure smooth, kid‑friendly care Assist the doctor with procedures ranging from cleanings to restorative treatments Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for the entire clinical team Support patient education — help families understand treatment and home care Be a problem solver and help motivate the team Compliance and maintenance of all clinical equipment and procedures Ordering What We're Looking For WA state licensed dental assistant with pediatric experience but will train the right person A natural leader who enjoys mentoring others Someone calm, upbeat, and patient with children Strong organizational and communication skills Why You'll Love Working With Us A supportive, fun, kid‑centered team Competitive pay and benefits A practice culture built on kindness, teamwork, and trust Benefits WA state sick leave Vacation Medical and Dental Holiday pay Birthday Pay and so much more!
