We are looking for an assistant that has an eye for detail. Can work as a unit with our Doctors to ensure the best needs and care for our patients. ```Duties```
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Take dental x-rays
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist
  • Perform dental procedures such as placing fillings, sealants, crowns , extractions, implants, and fluoride treatments
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
  • Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar
  • Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed ```Requirements```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
  • Completion of blood born and pathogen class
  • X-Ray certification
  • Dental assisting experience would be nice but not a requirement
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
  • Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including CAD software and medical coding
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
  • Familiarity with medical imaging and interpretation of vital signs
