Pediatric Dental Assistant - Full Time $500 Sign-On Bonus Spokane Pediatric Dentistry is hiring a full-time Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about working with children. Experienced pediatric dental assistants are highly encouraged to apply, but we are also open to training the right candidate who has completed dental assisting school and is eager to grow in pediatric dentistry. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive office where patient care and teamwork are highly valued. Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following: Assist the doctor chairside during pediatric dental procedures Help create a positive and comfortable experience for patients Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take dental radiographs Maintain accurate charting and clinical records Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Support the clinical team throughout daily operations
Qualifications:
You will be required to possess the following: Pediatric dental experience preferred Dental assisting school completion required for entry-level applicants X-ray certification preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable working with children in a fast-paced environment
