The Opportunity We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, reliable assistant who enjoys being an active team member and is eager to continue learning. Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting in general and specialized procedures including oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and IV/oral sedation Operatory setup and tear-down Accurate acquisition of digital dental images Strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols Dental lab support, including case preparation and timely follow-up HIPAA compliance and secure computer use Excellent customer service and patient communication What We're Looking For Positive, team-oriented attitude Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated Desire for continual personal and professional improvement Strong problem-solving skills Confidence working in a fast-paced clinical environment Required Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant (Washington State) BLS Certification High School Diploma 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $22-$30 DOE 401(k) with employer match Profit sharing Health & vision insurance Paid time off, sick time, and 8 paid holidays (FT) Continuing education opportunities Uniform allowance Employee dental discount Free parking Opportunities for advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
