Our company started as a single practice and has grown to over 300 employees and offers EVERY specialty in Dentistry from botox to braces, with low turnover and a majority of our team having 8+ years of tenure. That says a lot about who we are. Our need stems from 1) a maternity coverage coming up (though this is a permanent position) and 2) one of our long time Thurston doctors moved up to this office

What You'll Do Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment Provide post-treatment and oral hygiene instructions Manage patient records and appointment scheduling Help maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment Work in person (only) with patients and the clinical team What We're Looking For Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Understanding of safety and infection control procedures Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care Strong attention to detail and dependability Coronal polishing certification is a plus High school diploma required; completion of a dental assistant program preferred but not required Join Our Team At Light Dental Studios, you'll find more than a job—you'll find a place to grow, learn, and make a difference.
